Periplasmic nitrate reductase A (napA) from Paracoccus denitrificans DSM 413
This gene is part of the nap operon from P. denitrificans DSM 413. Nap is the first enzyme of the denitrification pathway, converting nitrate (NO3-) into nitrite (NO2-). NapA is the catalytic subunit [1].
