Periplasmic nitrate reductase B (napB) from C. necator H16

This gene is part of the nap operon from C. necator H16. Nap is the first enzyme of the denitrification pathway, converting nitrate (NO3-) into nitrite (NO2-). NapB is a small cytochrome c protein, which can transfer electrons to NapA [1].
