Gifsy-2 prophage immunity region. Contains pR and pRM promoters.

Gifsy-2 immunity region consists of three promoters: pL, pRM and pR, but we removed pL. The promoter pRM promotes forward transcription and in its natural setting it controls the transcription of the repressor gtgR. The promoter pR promotes reverse transcription and in its natural setting it controls the transcription of the anti-repressor of gtgR, antT.
