hACE2 sequence
This part conatins the sequence of human ACE2 (Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2) receptor binding domain(residues 19-615), which is the receptor SARS CoV2 spike protein binds to in the human body. There is also a linker originally on ACE2 in this sequence(residues 616-740), we retained this sequence because we are going to stick our construct to a gel surface, so a linker creating distance between two parts may be useful to retain ACE2's structure instead of being interrupted by the gel. We also added a TEV cleavage site and a 6xhistag behind its sequence for later protein purification.
