pET9D with Sybody 15
pET9D is bacterial expression vector with KAN antibiotic resistance and T7 promoter. Sybodies are small-sized synthetic nanobodies (camelid single-domain antibodies) with a specific and high affinity to only one cognate target. Normally they are easy to produce, stable, soluble in aqueous solutions and can refold without additional improvements. These specific Sybodies target the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins.
