Renervate Plasmid Backbone

Our plasmid backbone is the basis of our co-expression system. It will form two separate composites, both under T7 promoters, resulting in the in vivo polymerisation of protein. The plasmid backbone will be used to express both Pvfp-5 Beta and Tyrosinase as separate vectors which will allow for a Pvfp-5 Beta polymer to be formed in situ. It contains the BioBrick prefix and suffix restriction sites for assembly of composites and uses RBS J61101.
