TorA signal peptide
TorA signal peptide is used to target protein secretion by having fully or partially folded proteins secreted to the periplasm. This part is flanked by HindIII cut sites because it allows the signal peptide to be cleaved out so the secretion method can be changed from extracellular to inclusion bodies.
