amilGFP is a yellow chromoprotein with excitation max at 503nm. The protein exhibits yellow colour when expressed and it can be found in the coral Acropora millepora. The part is flanked by Acc65I and AscI cut sites, which allows it to bind to the N or C terminus of the protein depending on our experimental goal.
