eforRed red chromoprotein

eforRed is a red chromoprotein which naturally exhibits red/pink color when expressed with an excitation max of 589 nm. The part is flanked by Acc65I and AscI cut sites, which allows it to bind to the N or C terminus of the protein depending on our experimental goal.
