HlyA signal peptide
HlyA signal peptide used to target protein secretion via Type 1 secretion pathway by attaching signal peptide to C terminus. This allows the protein to be secreted and transported from cytoplasm to extracellular space. This part is flanked by HindIII cut sites because it allows the signal peptide to be cleaved out so the secretion method can be changed from extracellular to inclusion bodies.
