This part is the coding sequence of the dsRed protein. It's codon optimized for S. epidermidis. It is EpiFlex (MoClo kit for S. epidermidis) compatible : It has fusion site level 0 A and B allowing its insertion in the level 0 backbone. It has fusion site level 1 C and G allowing its insertion in position 3 to 6 in the TU assembled in the level 1 plasmid.
