  • This part is a double terminator consisting of BBa_B0012 and BBa_B0011 (bidirectional) which have been codon optimized for S. epidermidis

It is EpiFlex (MoClo kit for S. epidermidis) compatible : It has fusion site level 0 A and B allowing its insertion in the level 0 backbone. It has fusion site level 1 G and H allowing its insertion in position 7 in the TU assembled in the level 1 plasmid.
