Front Part of modified FGFR

This sequence is the extracellular domain of modified FGFR. this sequence is consist of three domain; signal peptide for S.pombe surface, fisrt ig-like domain of normal human basic FGFR, single chain antibody which is originated from 16A1 antibody.

This part corresponds to the sum of 'Front Constant Part of Antigen Receptor' and 'Variable Part of Antigen Receptor for Mycobacterium tuberculosis MPT51 antigen' of our whole antigen receptor.([http://2010.igem.org/Team:KAIST-Korea/Parts/Characteristics See also])
