Normal Human FGF receptor with fission yeast surface signal peptide

  This protein is normal Human FGF receptor protein. FGF, fibroblast growth factor, is a family of growth factor involved in angiogenesis, wound healing, and embryonic development. FGF receptor consist of an extracellular ligand domain, and an intracellular domain with tyrosine kinase activity. In addition there are signal peptide exists on this protein which helps proper expression on surface of fission yeast.
