Modified Human FGF receptor for MPT51 antigen with fission yeast surface signal peptide

  This protein is modified protein which receive MPT51, antigen of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is a complex that is originate from normal FGF receptor and has single chain antibody portion on Ig-like domain of normal FGF receptor as a replacement. On the single chain antibody portion, there are variable region of heavy and light chain of 16a1 antibody and 10 residues long linker exists as a complex. Therefore this protein is designed to receive MPT51 as its signal instead of FGF. This design lead yeast to react to MPT51 for further applications. And since there are signal peptide for fission yeast inside its design, this system can work properly on the surface of fission yeast.
