Normal Human FGF receptor with human plasma membrane signal peptide


  This sequence is for normal Fibroblast Growth Factors Receptor(FGFR) of human. FGFR binds to Fibroblast Growth Factors(FGF), members of the largest family of growth factor lignads, with Ig-like region. FGFR consists of three Ig-like domains, a single transmembrane helix domain, and an intracellular domain with tyrosine kinase activity. By replacing these Ig-like domains to other antibodies, we can use it as antigen receptor.
