DNA Walker_lineT-αβ（sequence from N gene of SARS-CoV-2)

BBa_K3480011, what we called DW_lineT-αβ, is a ssDNA containing 30 bases. Its sequence is originally a conserved sequence from N gene of SARS-CoV-2, which used for detection of the virus through RT-PCR and other methods. We use lineT as a positive control to test our nano machine DNA Walker. DW_lineT-αβ contaings a T25G and a T5G mutation in comparison to DW_lineT.
