DNA Walker_lineT-α（sequence from N gene of SARS-CoV-2)

BBa_K3480009, what we called DW_lineT-α, is a ssDNA containing 30 bases. Its sequence is originally a conserved sequence from N gene of SARS-CoV-2, which used for detection of the virus through RT-PCR and other methods. We use lineT as a positive control to test our nano machine DNA Walker. DW_lineT-α contaings a T25G mutation in comparison to DW_lineT.
