E-CRISPR_lineG（for detection of N gene of SARS-CoV-2)

BBa_k3480008, what we called EC_lineG, is a ssDNA used to build a electrochemical method for detection. When used, EC-lineG will be modified to an electrode by 5' end Au-S bond. And there should be a methylene blue modified at 3' end to generate chemical current. EC_lienG can pair with DW_lineC, then can combine with Cas9 nickase. EC_sgRNA-G will pair with EC_lineG, resulting shear of lineG.
