TXO copAB regulated construct under BBa_K3380108 promoter expressing iSpinach

Fluorescent RNA aptamer construct flanked by F30 tRNA scaffolds to protect it from degradation. Its transcription is repressed by the copAB transcription factor. Upon addition of Cu, the promoter allows the E.coli sigma 70 (and native Cupriavidus Metallidurans) polymerase to transcribe the construct, resulting in green fluorescence if the DFHBI fluorophore is added.
