SpyCatcher003*3-CBM*2-mRFP for P. Pastoris

SpyCatcher003 is a sub part in the Spytag-catcher003 system. It should be used with SpyTag003. The cellulose binding module help connect cellulose and Spycatcher003. The monomeric red fluorescent protein is connected with CBM. The red color indicates whether the CBM is bound to cellulose by seeing whether that filter paper turned red.
