Population counter Tetracycline resistant after recombination - PmS-MTet-LuxI

This part is one of our population counters with tetracycline resistance (BBa_K329017) after recombination. This is actually a proof that IntI1 integrase has specifically excised the double terminator flanked by attC sites. Thus, the cells carrying this plasmid are resistant to tetracycline.
