V. parahaemolyticus LuxN protein coding sequence

Parts BBa_K3252030 is coded LuxN protein. LuxN protein is a receptor protein that expressed in Vibrio parahaemolyticus. This protein play role as auto inducer receptor that usualy act as inter cells communication. This protein act as posporelated cascade to regulate the pQrr promoter that will be express the transcription factor to drive the expression from biomass cultivation to produce toxin in Vibrio parahaemolyticus when the cell density is high.

LuxN protein will autophosporelated when the cell density is low (present of AI is low) and will be dephosporelated when the cell density is hight (present of AI is hight). Phosporelated LuxN will be intereact with LuxO and LuxU protein that will regulate the pQrr promoter.

LuxN has been assembled with BBa_K3252021 as promoter, BBa_K3252027 as RBS, and BBa_K3252034 as terminator to build BBa_K3252030 as transcription unit.
