LuxOUN cascade inducible promoter pQrr4 short promoter

Part BBa_K3252024 is LuxOUN cascade inducible promoter pQrr4 short promoter used to regulate the gRNAJ23115 (BBa_K3252033) as sgRNA of dCas9 inverter system. BBa_J23115 is one of the medium to strong Andersons promoter collections. In our iGem team project this promoter used to regulate the GFPmut3b protein as reporter gene. Using dCas9 system, this expression can be repressed. Thats parts were assembled into BBa_K3252033 transcription unit by ordering custom gene synthetic.

Characterization of this part was performed with the transcriptional unit BBa_K3252044.
