His-mRFP1 codon optimized for C. reinhardtii

This part is based on the mRFP1 part BBa_E1010. A hexa-histidine tag was added onto the N-terminus for purification purposes. As the project is based on the standardization of insulin production using RFP, we added the his tag in order to use the RFP protein as a control for fluorescent measurement as well as insulin purification. The expression of insulin was also designed to be implemented into microalgae and is therefore codon optimized for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii .
