This composite part is an inducible P22 Int DNA integrase generator which acts on the attB and attP recombination sites. It is composed of the following biobricks: BBa_K200021 and BBa_I11030. Note that to fully repress the pLac promoter, overproduction of the lacI repressor protein is necessary.
