Twist1-ERT2

Twist1：The expression product of Twist1 gene is a transcription factor that plays an important role in the epithelial-mesen-chymal transition (EMT) process. ERT2：mutated ligand-binding domain of the human estrogen recepter modulated by tamoxifen This part is a fusion protein. When an exogenous tamoxifen is present, it will be induced into the nucleus, and the transcription factor Twist1 plays a role in promoting EMT.
