pMec-7::eCFP::unc-54 3' UTR (for use in C. elegans chassis)

This is a construct consisting of a Mec-7 promoter, eCFP, and an unc-54 3'UTR. Worms were transformed with this construct through microinjection. The transformed worms emitted light at 477 nm from the touch receptor neurons when excited with light at 434 nm.
