Inducible cox characterization construct (Lytic module)
A composite, tri-cistronic part that Co-expresses TetR, Cox and GFP under the control of pBad promoter. Cox is a transcription factor known to activate downstream genes that impose the lytic cycle in P2 phage. TetR is an inhibitor acting on Tet-operetor regions (tetO).
