BBa_K300000 forward verification primer

This primer (in house known as P3) anneals with the BBa_K300000 integrative vector and can be used together with BBa_K300978 to confirm the integration into the Phi80 locus of the E. coli genome.

This primer can also be used with BBa_K300976 to verify the presence of multiple tandem integrants after the integration procedure (see BBa_K300000 Experience page for details).
