Inducible v10/p2 tail fibers

This Biobrick consists of two separate Biobrik tails, BBa_K2943006 and BBa_K2943010, each one with its own inducible regulation. Those tail fibers are our mechanism of re-targeting Pyocins against different organisms. We are demonstrating with this composite part that it is possible to create a "tail catalog" within our system. Under different set of molecular inputs, different tails will be expressed and different pyocins with a unique targeting spectrum will be produced.
