Strep tag

The Strep-tag is a synthetic peptide consisting of eight amino acids (Trp-Ser-His-Pro-Gln-Phe-Glu-Lys). Can be fused to both N- and C- Terminal of recombinant proteins. It allows purification and detection of proteins in both western blot and affinity chromatography.
