Modified 0.19 Wheat Albumin (Ile to Asn) with expression using TDH3, RBS, and ADH3

This construct uses the constitutive TDH3 promoter to express the 0.19 Wheat Albumin in yeast, with modifications in 44th amino acid, isoleucine, which we replaced with asparagine. Due to the lack of a secretion tag, proteins would be contained within the yeast cell.
