GFP-cleavable linker-CBD-CBD
This is an improvement on part Bba_K1321348 where a linker that is cleavable by Limulus Factor C was inserted between the GFP and the two cellulose binding domains. When expressed, it should bind to paper and when the paper is exposed to Limulus Factor C in the presence of endotoxin, the protease activity of Factor C will be activated and the GFP portion of the molecule should be released.
