GFP Cadmium Sensor

The first part of the GFP Cadmium Sensor is the CadA regulatory element which increases expression in response increasing Cadmium concentration. This is followed by spoVG a ribosome binding site for Bacillus Subtilis. The GFP coding sequence follows.
