Second Node_TP901_Recombinase based IFFL

This part constitutes our second node for Recombinase based incoherent feedforward loop. It contains BxbI integrase between attP and attB sites of TP901-1 Integrase, which when flipped can be activated by induction of hybrid promoter.

This works in tandem with our first node, where TP901-1 Integrase is expressed via induction, which in turn activates our second node and third node simultaneously, generating reporter protein as well as BxbI Integrase, which performs attB x attP recombination on the recombinant sites of BxbI in the third node, effectively switching off the circuit, and providing a pulse response, thus completing our incoherent feedforward loop.
