eGFP mutant reporter

eGFP sequence is modified such that the start codon of eGFP is mutated ( ATG→ ACG), resulting in a truncated GFP that is non-functional. As such, this base change can be leveraged on to test the efficiency of our Cas-Apobec base editing system.

It will be used as a component of the composite parts submitted under our dual reporter system (BBa_K2807013).
