HRE-Exosome booster-WPRE-SV40 poly(A) signal

n solid tuumors, rapid proliferation of tumor cells leads to increased oxygen consumption of tumor cells, which in turn leads to hypoxia microenviroment. HIF-1(hypoxia inducible factor 1) will be generated when the cell is in this condition of hypoxia in tumor microenvironment,which can recognize and bind to HRE(hypoxia response elements), then activating the minimized CMV promoter. Through this mechanism, we can switch the Exosome booster(BBa_K2796052) expression specifically in tumor microenvironment.WPRE was used to enhances the export of unspliced mRNA from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. Terminators were added to the compound part to avoid interaction.
