pTRE-(hsa-miR-942-5p)-WPRE-SV40 poly(A) signal

By adding tetracycline , TRE promoter can be activated and express the downstream interest gene hsa-miR-942-5p.Then it will be cut by dicer enzyme and become mature microRNA, thus playing the role of anti-tumor acitivity.WPRE was used to enhances the export of unspliced mRNA from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. Terminators were added to the compound part to avoid interaction.
