Transcriptional repressor of the 6-hydroxy-D-nicotine oxidase protein's promoter

HdnoR is a transcriptional repressor of the 6-Hydroxy-D-nicotine oxidase protein's promoter. It can combine with the two inverted repeats IR1 and IR2 before 6hdno, and prevent transcription of 6hdno. 6-Hydroxy nicotine can combine with hdnoR to stop the inhibition of expression of 6hdno.
