This plasmid expression vector has a T7 promoter (BBa_I712074), it contains a medium strength T7 RBS (BBa_Z0262), the signal peptide SP2-Nsp2 (BBa_K2760004), iLOV (BBa_K2760024) as the reporter protein with a His-Tag (BBa_K2760012) attached to it; finally a double terminator (BBa_B0015).
