Type III secretion chaperone-ExoS54-Flag-MSC

This part is composed of four domains – Type III secretion chaperone which helps secrete protein of interest, promotor region，coding sequence for 54 amino acids of ExoS at C-terminal, flag for protein detecting. This part serves as a tool for protein delivery to cells. The users should first construct the part into pUCP20 plasmid backbone, and adding their sequence at 3’-terminal of the flag, transform the plasmid into attenuated Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and protein expressed could be detected by the flag inside the bacterial or regions the protein is secreted to.
