GFP-TGATG-mCherry

In this composited part, we link GFP with mCherry by using sequence "TGATG" and use Promoter lacI and RBS B0034 to control the whole coding. We design this part to test the efficiency of stop-start codon "TGATG" （named TGATG experimental group）.
