3G sfGFP
sfGFP with BsaI sites removed. Flanked by prefix sticky end C and suffix sticky end D (as well as spacers) in a 3G-compatible backbone. For more information on 3G hybrid DNA assembly and 3G parts, see the [http://2018.igem.org/Team:William_and_Mary/Part_Collection William and Mary 3G Parts Page].
sfGFP is a "robustly folded version of GFP [...] that folds well even when fused to poorly folded polypeptides."1 Compared to other GFP variants, sfGFP "shows improved tolerance of circular permutation, greater resistance to chemical denaturants and improved folding kinetics."1
