sgRNA with a switchable crRNA sequence

It's a sgRNA and his promoter pJ23119 and terminator. The particularity of this biobrick is that the crRNA region of the sgRNA can be edited/switched by digestion with the restriction enzyme BaeI, and ligation with two complementary oligonucleotides including the new desired targetting sequence. To ease the screening of the modified sgRNA, we replaced the variable crRNA of this sgRNA by the whole coding sequence of the RFP E1010 with his RBS B0034. The expected clones will then appear white.
