miniCMV promoter-PhiC31-RDF

According to the feedback of digital model, the recombination efficiency and expression level of recombinase-RDF will affect the stability of the switch we designed. Therefore, we need to characterize the promoters of different intensities and RDF, and hope to get an optimal combination scheme. The miniCMV promoter and PhiC31-RDF are characterized here.
