RelB with RBS and double terminator
A toxin-antitoxin system is a system composed of two gene products, of which one specifies a cell toxin and the other an antitoxin, which neutralizes the toxic effect caused by the toxin. In E. coli K-12 the cytotoxin RelE and antitoxin RelB comprise such a system [1]. The part BBa_K2449029 encodes the toxin RelE.
RelB neutralize the toxic effect of RelE through interaction between the two proteins.

Sequence and Features
RelB cloned with RBS site and a double terminator.
RelB was placed under control of the pBAD/AraC promoter in composite part, BBa_K2449031.
