RPL15A terminator

  • RPL15A terminator is the second strongest terminator for S.cerevisiae. The amount of expressed protein depends on kinds of terminators. The most strongest terminator, RPL41B, unfortunately includes the restriction site. Technically this is a good choice when you would like to express a lot of coding protein in iGEM.
