pKT25

The T25 subunit from the commercially available BACTH kit with a modified multiple cloning site. Teams can use this by inserting one of their proteins of interest using XhoI/HindIII. Note that genes must be translated using the second frame (i.e., CTCGAG (spacer nucleotide) ATG...).
