BACTH Commercial Kit T18-MCS

The T18 subunit from the commercially available BACTH kit with a modified multiple cloning site. Teams can use this by inserting one of their proteins of interest using XhoI/KpnI. Note that genes must be translated using the second frame (i.e., CTCGAG (spacer nucleotide) ATG...).
